On June 30, 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) launched its new e-Manifest system. Clean Harbors is in compliance, initially using the paper manifest option. The EPA is still developing many areas of the E-manifest system which limit our ability to manage manifests electronically.
