
The Clean Harbors Global Capability Center has been honored for its outstanding customer service performance.
Now in its 16th year, the Zinnov Awards have become a benchmark of excellence among GCCs that lead the way in innovation, impact and driving tangible global impact. This year, Clean Harbors was one of 20 organizations and leaders honored among a list of over 500 nominations.
The Zinnov Awards recognize GCCs across multiple industries, from technology, healthcare, finance, automotive, retail and more. Following a multi-stage evaluation process, winners across 10 categories were chosen by a jury of global business and technology leaders.
The Clean Harbors Global Capability Center was honored as a winner in the “Excellence in Customer Centricity” category as part of the July 17 awards celebration.
The recognition is a powerful endorsement of the GCC’s shared commitment to putting customers at the heart of everything it does. It reflects how each team member, across functions and roles, contributes to building a culture that listens, responds, and delivers with purpose.
The GCC was also a finalist in the “High Impact Global Roles” category.
