The Consulting & Engineering Vertical Market Account Manager reports directly to the Consulting & Engineering Market Sales Manager and is responsible for the increase or maintenance of a required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned industry vertical. Responsible for revenue growth within a specific vertical. Revenue growth must be aggressive and consistent from year to year. Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding the revenue expectations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Must be a “Subject Matter Expert” for the vertical market and customers within the vertical. As a Clean Pack Chemist you will be responsible for handling, packing, transportation and disposal of hazardous laboratory chemicals and wastes, while adhering to environmental regulations. You will assist customers with laboratory moves and facility closures. In conjunction with local community officials, you will participate in Household Hazardous Waste Days collecting and preparing for disposal residential hazardous waste. You will experience a wide variety of field sites and be responsible for building superior customer service through professionalism, safety, and innovative solutions. This is a blue-collar chemist position not a research and development or a lab position. A Degree in Chemistry/Environmental Science or equivalent experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have superior communication and the desire for advancement. Must have the ability to obtain a Commercial Drivers License after six months in position. As the Apollo Technician you will be responsible for receiving waste from different buildings onsite at a customer location, verifying drum contents and preparing its contents for disposal. The customer is a large-scale research and development laboratory and you will be exposed to a wide range of waste streams that require segregating and packaging on site. In addition the Hazardous Waste Technician will be responsible for all documentation and report writing involving the storage of hazardous waste and ensuring that waste is shipped out in a timely fashion. A High school diploma, one-three years hazardous waste experience in lab packing or in a warehouse environment as well as strong written and verbal communications is preferred. You must be able to wear Personal Protection Equipment including respirators and full protective suits. Must have the ability to lift at least 50.Forklift experience and a 40-hour Hazwoper certificate are a plus.

A majority of the work is performed in confined space utilizing high pressure water blasting equipment up to 40,000 PSI.
