Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the revenue base of revenue for our Clean Pack division and maintaining the current customer base. Working in conjunction with the regional sales and operations personnel, you will participate in the development and execution of the region’s business plan by targeting manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and educational institutions. Must be able to build strong working relationships with customer to ensure efficient, timely service and to encourage repeat business. In addition you will sell and assist in the coordination of household hazardous waste days. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years’ industrial sales experience preferably in an environmentally related field and 1-2 years of business development. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Experience in developing work plans and pricing quotations, strong computer skills as well as a B.S. /B.A. degree in environmental sciences or a related field is preferred.

The Field Service Foremen will be perform a variety of tasks associated with hazardous waste clean up, site remediation, equipment and facility decontamination and emergency response. You will be responsible for the supervision of Field Technicians and ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and that the work is performed on time and within budget. In addition you will organizes crews, delegate job responsibilities and verifies that the appropriate equipment is available and on-site to complete the project/job as well as working with the Field Service Coordinator in the allocation of manpower, equipment and other resources needed for the next day. The individual must be willing to work at a variety of customer sites and be available to respond to emergency response calls during off-hours. You must be able to wear Personal Protection Equipment including respirators and full protective suits and have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Two-four years environmental experience with an emphasis on tank cleaning and emergency response is required. A current driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel overnight on occasion is required. Military experience and/or a current 40 Hour Hazwoper certificate with confined space training are a plus.
