Company Drivers
- Starting pay range: $.35 to $.41 per mile - Higher pay ranges beyond $.41 are based on experience and work history
- Tractors: Well maintained newer fleet
- Kenworth, Freightliners, and others —Sleepers
- CB radios in all trucks
- Generous Per Diem—no receipts required. $55/night when sleeping in truck, $35/night when sleeping in company provided hotel room per Company Policy
- Toll Cards and Transponders provided
- Fuel Card provided—for fuel and truck washes
- Idle Air—for HVAC and Heat
- Uniforms provided
- $70 boot allowance/year
- 24 hour road side assistance
- Slip seating only when necessary - for example: vacation coverage
- $50 bonus for every DOT inspection with no violations
Drivers have hourly and mileage rate
- Paid hourly if loading or offloading goes over 1 hour
- 6 month performance reviews—chance for a 1/2 cent per mile increase
- Become a driver trainer and earn 1 cent more per mile
- Paid 1 hour per day for pre and post trip

Owner/Operators
- Pays $1.13 per running mile based on domicile and PC Miler with fuel surcharge at prevailing monthly rates
- Fuel surcharge adjusted monthly
- $1,000 Sign-on bonus: $500 after new driver training, $500 after 6 months
