Pipe Cleaning & Removal

Clean Harbors Industrial Services cleans and removes pipes and piping equipment.  Process piping, which typically transfers products such as caustics, acids, waste water, and gray water from one end of a plant to another, may become clogged with residue.  Over time, these pipes require high-pressure water jetting / blasting to remove the residue and improve flow.

Clean Harbors can successfully clean and remove the most difficult process piping and equipment for offsite disposal.

High Pressure Water Jetting and Blasting

Because hydro jetting is capable of cleaning large diameters as well as those as small as 3/8” ID, this technique is an easy and effective way to remove stubborn scale and deposits inside pipes and piping equipment.  Hydro jetting powerfully removes the material in even the hardest to reach spaces.  Our staff combines optimum pressure and flow rates with specialty tooling to handle virtually any size project.

Camera Video Inspection

Clean Harbors performs in-line camera work, which allows us to inspect the integrity of the interior of pipes and sewer lines to identify potential problems, obstructions, or locations of residue build-up within a piping system.

Cold Cutting

By adding an abrasive media with 40,000 psi, we can cold cut pipes.  Cold cutting is used when there is the potential for a release of a volatile material, when cutting needs to be done to gain access to an area, or when cutting is necessary to dismantle items for disposal.
