Clean Harbors will provide a toll free telephone number for residents to request an HHW pick up.  Collection routes are scheduled to maximize operating efficiency.

Our specialists provide additional support for those residents unable to gather and prepare their HHW for pick up.

Collection of Co-Payment

Many programs include a residential co-payment for each HHW pick up to help offset program costs.  Clean Harbors collects and processes the co-payment without any additional administrative burden to you.

Survey Administration

Our staff administers your specially designed program survey either during the pre-screening appointment process or at the point of collection.  Data is compiled and presented in report format.

Program Reporting

We routinely provide our clients with program related reporting on areas such as waste collection, program participation, waste management methods, and financial data.  Reports can be customized to include data that is important to you or that is required at the local, state, provincial or federal levels.
