Scope of Services

Work includes labor, materials and equipment to perform any waste remediation, transportation or disposal requirement generated by Navy facilities in a 15-State Regional Area including:

If a Navy facility within the 15-state Regional Area has a waste requirement, it must identify the requirement in a statement of work (SOW) format. Clean Harbors will provide a definitive proposal in response to the request for services as required by the Navy requester. If other firms besides Clean Harbors are also asked to propose to a specific requirement, the actual Delivery Order will be awarded, generally speaking, to the firm that submits the lowest price. Since Clean Harbors is the only company that owns its own disposal facilities, Clean Harbors is generally the best choice for a turnkey operation at the lowest total cost.
