Rate Structure: Two rate structures are setup in the BOA. Coast Guard Districts 1,5,7, & 9 are under one CLIN structure; District 8 is under another rate structure. This allows government agencies to receive fare and reasonable pricing based on the location of the emergency response.

• CLIN 0006 Support Resources - Communications, Power, Lights, Pumps, Response/Hazmat Trailers/Command Centers, etc.

• CLIN 0008 Personnel Logistics/Sorbents
• CLIN 0009 Materials/Supplies/Testing Equipment
• CLIN 0010 Not Used
• CLIN 0011 Disposal
