New Virus Causes Human Cases | Evidence of Increased Human to Human Transmission | (4) Business impact may be minimal, however, AI Coordination activated and employee protection controls implemented, such as: post alerts to all employees, ensure personal hygiene practices, ensure social distancing is practiced. Implement minimal travel, no group travel (plane, train or bus), no out of country travel (by all). |

New Virus Causes Human Cases | Evidence of Significant Human to Human Transmission | (5) Business impact is imminent and may easily transpire within days from previous level. Detailed planning is implemented: continue execution of Alert Level 4 actions, initiate succession planning and lockdown, logistics support initiated and Corporate IT quarantine, activate remote IT initiatives, use alternate communication sources (satellite phones), limited access to facilities/buildings inclusive of but not limited to: employees only (no vendors, customers or relatives), employees assessed with symptoms and required to be sent home or not allowed to work, limited travel between business units unless justified. Departmental contingency plans implemented: Corporate Departments (including building operations), Sales, Facilities, Technical Services, and Site Services. |
